In this 2 hour workshop you will be immersed into the mysterious world of sourdough bread baking. Taught by Sarah from Get Baked Sourdough.We will discuss what a starter is and why it's important in a sourdough, caring, feeding your sourdough starter. We will make the sourdough dough starter. You will receive a sourdough bread recipe. You will also learn about how to form and shape your own sourdough loaf...and finally score/bake a sourdough loaf.
You will take home an active sourdough starter.
