LABO — Spatial Laboratory
October 16, 2026
For LABO — Spatial Laboratory on October 16, 2026, three distinctive forms of expression come together in an intense night of improvisation.
First, Jinya Imai, a multidisciplinary performer who explores a wide range of forms of expression beginning with Noh.
Joining him is Seiichiro Morikawa, vocalist of Z.O.A and Chi to Shizuku, whose work brings together improvised performance through the recitation of sound and voice, effect-driven ambient music, and other experimental approaches. He is also the director of GrandFish/Lab.Completing the trio is 86B210, an avant-garde dance duo.
Three artists. Three distinct languages of expression.
One space, one night, and no predetermined outcome.
Please come and experience what emerges.
Every other month, during the even-numbered months, 86B210 and LABO transform the underground space of Co-oh into a laboratory for experimentation.
Will a fierce new seed be born? Or will there be silence?
Come and witness it.
After the performance, the space will become a salon. Please stay and join us.
An uncompromising night of improvisation in Yotsuya.
As this is a small and intimate space, advance reservations are recommended. We look forward to seeing you there.
