🍂 We have entered a new season of Fall/Autumn all about slowing down, reflection, and making time to let go.
If you had a year of highs and lows, experienced endings, carrying past energies and stress, we invite you to a special soundbath focused on cleansing and purifying your energy through guided meditation and sound healing. Ending with a group sharing circle.
🗓️ Join us Thursday, October 15 at Native Visions from 7pm- 8:15pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early for parking. Doors open at 6:45pm!
💫 Yoga Mat & Pillow included for every attendee.
💫 You're welcome to bring blankets, water, and what makes you feel comfortable. We recommend to bring an extra small blanket to roll for back support.
