About this Event
Disordered eating isn’t always obvious, and it doesn’t just affect specific sports or genders—it impacts roughly 1 in 8 athletes, often hiding behind high achievement and dedication.
Whether you’re looking to boost athletic performance, prevent injuries, or build a resilient team culture, this event is for you. Join All-American athlete, author, and coach Rachael Steil as she shares her story, breaks down the hidden signs of disordered eating, and provides tools to support the athletes in your life.
The presentation will be followed by a live panel discussion and Q&A featuring sports nutrition expert Paula Quatromoni, DSc, RD, certified athletic trainer Cristina Nistler MS, ATC, and psychiatric nurse practitioner and eating disorder recovery coach Rachel Frost, giving coaches, parents, and athletic staff the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers.
Event is free but space is limited - make sure to reserve your spot.
Please note: This event will cover sensitive topics related to eating disorders that may be triggering for some individuals. We recommend that children younger than high school age not attend.
