Previously named Kundalini Activation, Luma™ is a somatic energy healing modality - rooted in light language channelling with the intention of connecting to the kundalini energy.
Our intention for the sessions isn't to 'activate' but moreso to connect to a beautiful high frequency of love and act as a 'tuning fork' for you to also connect to this frequency.
In this space, we move through a deep somatic unwinding. Energetic blockages relating to unresolved traumas begin to dissolve and release from the body.
The sessions are held in a safe nurturing container with individual care to support the somatic healing process.
