Arriving to the smell of freshly baked bread from the Le Tacheron Farm Bakehouse, the Fermentation Club Gathering will be an evening of good food and good company!
Together with fellow fermentation enthusiasts, the 2026 Fermentation Gathering will include a communal meal, a talk by Robin Sherriff, co-founder of The Fermenters Guild and author of The Science pf Fermentation, a sharing table of Community Cultures and a bar of locally brewed beverages! For anybody interested in fermentation this is an evening not to be missed.
