Enjoy an immersive and relaxing afternoon, where you’ll be introduced to the sensory art of foraging. You’ll experience the restorative and energising power of becoming one with nature, through tasting wild food, with an embodied connection to the land.
Relaxing, gentle ways of bodyful connectedness, becoming fully present with your environs. This involves tuning into the plant and animal world through your senses, the way our ancestors knew the land, exploring the new spring shoots that are emerging now.
First date, Sunday 15th February. 3pm, meeting at Grève de Lecq, Bus stop in National Trust for Jersey car park.
An infused wild herbal tea and some home-baked sourdough cake will be served to celebrate our time together. Finishing around 5pm.
This is a seasonal foraging exploration, with Forest Therapy invitations woven through the experience, inviting you to engage with nature to develop your own wild relationship with the land, and your own inner nature.
Bookings essential, via email: [email protected]
