About this Event

Команда @mamam.uk приглашает вас на ежемесячную встречу из цикла "Мамам. Встречи с доулами ".

На встрече мы обсудим, возможно ли испытать роды без боли. Поговорим о различных методах, которые помогают справляться с болевыми ощущениями или даже изменять их восприятие. Также рассмотрим, являются ли роды без боли реальностью или мифом, и действительно ли медицинские вмешательства – единственный способ облегчить процесс родов, или существуют альтернативные подходы для более комфортного опыта.

Помимо полезной информации и знакомства с доулами из нашего проекта, вы найдете ответы на свои вопросы и окунётесь в теплую женскую атмосферу.

Мы поддержим вас на пути материнства, вдохновим историями, и вы уйдёте, чувствуя в себе и за собой женскую силу и поддержку.

@mamam.uk team is inviting you to our monthly meeting from the series: "Mamam. Meetings with doulas". If you are expecting a baby or recently had a baby, then this meeting is for you!

During the meeting, we will explore whether labour and birth can truly be experienced without pain. We will discuss various techniques that can help manage or even transform the perception of pain, as well as examine whether a pain-free birth is a realistic possibility or simply a myth. Additionally, we will consider whether medical interventions are the only solution or if there are alternative approaches to support a more comfortable birth experience.

In addition to useful information and getting to know doulas from our project, you will find answers to your questions in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will support you on the path of motherhood, inspire you with stories, and you will leave feeling strong and confident.
