About this Event
This course is designed to address the challenges posed by the airway management of critically ill patients. Since 2014 we have trained many of the doctors and nurses working in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. Through expert tuition from senior anaesthetists and intensivists, you will improve your ability to assess and manage airway emergencies.
The programme (see below) consists of tutorials and practical workshops focussed on practical airway skills for practitioners with less than 6 months dedicated anaesthetic experience. The programme has received excellent feedback from previous candidates. It is free of charge to employees of King's College Hospitals NHS Trust.
