Get strong...do it beautifully.Aerial silks is a stunning "dance" in the air where performers use suspended fabric to climb, twist, pose, and drop in an art form that builds incredible strength and coordination. In classes with Mountain Shadows Aerial Silks, you don't have to be a circus performer to feel like a star as you build the strength and learn the skills to perform aerial silks yourself!
We currently have limited openings for new students in our adult silks classes. To see if aerial silks training is right for you, join us Saturday, November 14th at 12:00 p.m. for adults and teens ages 16+ and at 12:30 p.m. for youth and teens ages 8 to 15.
In this engaging intro class you'll learn simple poses, how to climb, and how to use the silks in conditioning exercises designed to build the strength and flexibility for more advanced movements.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing, and plan on practicing barefoot. No previous circus, silks, or acrobatics experience required. The cost for the class is $19.99 and preregistration is required. To preregister, visit https://springsaerial.com/get-started
