Pelvic health occupational therapist Mel Chesnut will share valuable information about:
• The function of the pelvic floor
• How your pelvic floor and core work together
• Common pelvic floor challenges and what you can do about them
local artist Chelsea Holley will lead a fun, step-by-step guided vulva painting session. No painting experience is necessary, and all are welcome!
