☀️ A full day improv workshop with Momentán’s wonderful international guest - Lisa Lynn. ⚡️
Voice, Physicality, Use of Space etc. Condensing 3 years of Drama School training into 6 Hours of Tips – learn to utilise: levels; proxemics and mime skills (spacework) to story tell without saying anything; then safe vocal projection; annunciation; diction; inflection; accents and pace to completely control what your voice communicates when you do speak! Mixed with ways to control your physicality to create character, the correct names for the parts of the stage, and of the course number 1 rule of never turning your back on the audience – this course will tell you everything you need to know to act like pro! ✨
⏺ About Lisa: Lisa Lynn is the founder and director of Acaprov, the UK’s largest improvised a cappella company. She has been improvising for over 15 years, teaching and performing in schools and at HOOPLA, the UK’s largest improv school. She is the organiser of the Southend 24 Hour Improv Marathon, and her experience in community building and education is invaluable. Her extensive knowledge spans the boundaries of musical theatre, teaching and improvisation, which she explores in podcast form with the members of Acaprov – they create improvised musical radio plays. 🤹‍♀️
