【青少年班】

• 時間：2025年4-6月
• 對象：小二至中三學生（需年滿8歲）
• 地點：香港仔、灣仔、天水圍、屯門、北區、城門谷、大埔
• 費用：$1600/10堂；$1760/11堂；$1920/12堂；$2080/13堂（新生需另繳$100購買訓練制服）

課程內容包括：

• 熱身動作（靜態、動態、伸展）
• 跑姿改善
• 運動相關體適能訓練（速度、爆發力等）
• 功能性訓練
• 比賽前準備

本會教練會定期為學員進行測試評估，緊貼學員進度並作出適當調整，並會和學員商討訓練計劃及目標。表現優異者經教練推薦可代表本會參加本地青少年公開比賽，於比賽中獲得佳績更可進升本會精英訓練。

【Juniors Program】

• Time: April to June 2025
• Target Group: P2 to S3 students aged 6 years and above.
• Fee: $1600 (10 Classes); $1760 (11 Classes); $1920 (12 Classes); $2080(13 Classes)
• A T-shirt fee of $100 is required for new students.

Classes Include:

• Warm-up (static dynamic stretching)
• Posture improvement
• Sports-related fitness training (speed explosive power etc.)
• Functional training
• Pre-race Preparation

Our coaches will conduct regular tests and evaluations for our trainees to keep track of their progress and make appropriate adjustments as well as to discuss training plans and goals with them. Those with outstanding performance can represent our club to participate in local youth open competitions upon recommendation of our coaches and those with good results in the competitions can be promoted to our elite training programme.
