This guided experience combines the power of cold exposure with professional breathwork to create a safe, empowering, and meaningful plunge — all while raising funds for important Peer-led Wellness Programs.

👤 About Your Guide

The Plunge is guided by Wes Bauman — a firefighter and emergency medical provider with nearly two decades of frontline experience. A world-record holder in cold endurance and mindset-driven resilience challenges, Wes has trained across multiple breathwork and hot-cold thermotherapy disciplines. He is also the creator of structured resilience-based curriculum and the Build Your Own Breathwork program.

This fundraiser supports Wayfinders Wellness Society programs for first responders, military members, veterans, and families affected by PTSD injury. Funds raised help ensure Peer-led Wellness Programs remain accessible and cost-free for those who need them most.
