The first full moon of Spring, focuses on harmony and releasing stuck energy from the past winter months. It marks a time for reflection on patnership, friendship, and justice. Through healing sound vibrations, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative meditative state where the body softens, the nervous system settles, and clarity can emerge.
Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and intentional frequencies will help:

• Reduce stress and anxiety

• Support deep rest and better sleep
