1. A deeply restorative 60-minute sound journey led by Christina Ifurung of Kapwa Healing using crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and light language
2. Grounding breathwork and mindful stillness to help release stress and regulate the nervous system
3. A post-sound bath social hour to journal, sip tea, and mingle in a relaxed, intentional space
4. Gentle icebreaker prompts to help spark meaningful conversation

1. Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything cozy for deep rest
2. Water bottle
