Join us for a deeply grounding Medicine Drum Sound Bath held every 3rd Thursday of the month. This immersive sound journey weaves the steady, primal rhythm of the drum with intention, presence, and collective healing.

• Rhythmic drumming to support grounding & nervous system regulation
• A meditative, heart-centered space for release and integration
• A shared energetic experience held in community

👥 Minimum participation: 3 participants required for the session to run
This offering is ideal if you’re seeking to reset, reconnect with your body, and drop into a slower, more intentional rhythm—no prior experience needed.
