Make & Take: Design a native perennial container for local pollinators in this hands-on workshop at the Pollinator Haven GardenAbout this Event
Who says native plants are only for the back 40? Join us for this "Make-and-Take" workshop where we prove that North Carolina’s native perennials can be just as stunning in a pot as they are in the wild. You’ll learn how to choose "keystone" native species that provide high-octane fuel for our local bees and butterflies, all while creating a design that returns year after year. You’ll leave with a custom-planted container ready to turn your porch into a mini-ecosystem.
