You're invited to Aquarian Sadhana offered by KYWA community
Aquarian Sadhana is the full morning group practice of Kundalini Yoga.
Rising early for sadhana wonderfully elevates the trajectory of your day.
We move through the practice together, transforming emotion to devotion and creating a link to the Infinite through the power of group consciousness.
The practice consists of
✨ Japji - song of the soul
✨ Kundalini Yoga kriya and relaxation
✨ Mantra meditation
Sadhana is a community practice, not a class, and so instructions are minimal. However, you will be guided through all the steps.
The various elements of the practice will be guided by teachers of the KYWA community.
WHEN: Sun 4th January 5am to 7.30am
WHERE: St Hildas Anglican Hall, 15 View St North Perth
BRING: Yoga mat, cushion if needed, water and light blanket for relaxation
