💛Hello Adelaide family 💛 Movement Medicine and Heart circle Kirtan come together for a special event
Sunday the 12th of April from 3-6pm to dance and sing and be in the heart space together, and feel the spaciousness, transcendental energy and love that is always available to us when we turn inwards and create the space for it. It is amplified 10 fold when we come together to do this.
Let us pray together for all we wish to see in our world.
Movement Medicine is a body based movement meditation
All of us have been born into the rhythm of our mothers heartbeat.
So rhythm is deep in our bones and reconnecting with rhythm through free movement in a safe, non judgemental space is extremely healing.
Aligning body, heart and mind gives us a beautiful presence and inner peace.
This makes us more resilient not only in the dance environment but in life itself.
No knowledge or experience needed. Everyone is a dancer, we just let the natural movement arise.
With captivating music, Daniela will gently lead you into your personal dance.
Daniela Lüthi has studied Conscious Dance at the school of Movement Medicine in the UK between 2013-2019 and is a certified teacher.
We dance barefoot or with indoor dance shoes
Singing various Tibetan Buddhist and Sanskrit mantras and sometimes English mantra songs.
No experience or religious belief required
This is an alcohol- and drug-free space.
This kirtan/bhajan is special as it offers a space for voice exploration... in that these mantras are ours to shape, I offer various mantras and melodies but you are free to explore your voice and the space as you wish, harmonizing and improvising.
Come and melt in the expansive space of the heart ♡ in this turbulent time it is important to come together in community and generate connection and joy ♡

Heart circle kirtan was founded in 2018 by Georgia Astridge. As Mantras found her in her 20's and helped her through hard times
Georgia has a deep passion for singing as a prayer for the earth and to share and heal our hearts.
