About this Event
Since its inception in 1991, Investors in People (IIP) has been at the forefront (alongside the CIPD!) of supporting organisations to make work better.
The framework, and the journey to accreditation, has gone through several changes and iterations to ensure it remains relevant and valued by today’s clients. However, when talking to organisations who are not part of the growing IIP community, it is clear that there are many myths and legends which don’t match up to reality.
In this interactive workshop, Jo Holliday will help to dispel some of those myths and highlight how this well researched Standard can be used to shape and grow your people strategy.
There will also be an opportunity for you to reflect on how your organisation would currently measure up to the IIP criteria.
