Join iCAN and QBE for an inspiring evening of connection, collaboration, and career growth at our INspire Speed Mentoring Event!

This session brings together professionals from across the insurance sector for an energising mix of mentorship and networking. You’ll meet senior leaders, consultants, and entrepreneurs from across the market — all eager to share insights, advice, and practical guidance to help you navigate your next career step.

Speed mentoring – what’s it all about?

If you’ve never tried Speed Mentoring before, it is a great way to give you face to face time with mentors who come from all walks of life – be they senior leaders, consultants or entrepreneurs. Like speed-dating, over the course of an evening mentors and mentees will have a series of short, focused sessions which aim to tackle challenges or specific issues in the working environment.

Past feedback has been extremely positive, with both mentors and mentees feeling an impact well beyond the event. Our mentors volunteer their time, and they have an amazing range of experience, background and roles, so get ready for interesting, challenging, and fun sessions!

What to expect on the day:

Fast-paced mentoring rounds with experienced industry leaders
Focused, outcome-driven conversations on career progression, leadership, and overcoming challenges
Networking drinks to continue the discussion and connect with peers
An introduction to iCAN INspire, our self-service mentoring platform built to connect mentors and mentees beyond the event

This is your chance to build meaningful professional relationships, gain new perspectives, and walk away inspired to take action in your career.

Please aim to arrive at 4:45pm for a 5:15pm start to the evening session.
