By purchasing a ticket and attending any UKPW Grapple Academy Zoominar or online event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Ticket Policy
Each ticket purchased is valid for one (1) person only. Access to the event is strictly limited to the ticket holder. The ticket is non-transferable.
Attendees will be cross-referenced with ticket purchases prior to entry to ensure proper access.
Recording and Usage of Content
The event will be recorded for internal feedback and development purposes, and may also be used in future promotional content, including but not limited to social media marketing.
By attending the event, you consent to your likeness, voice, and any questions or comments you make during the event being recorded and potentially used in any future video or audio content released by UKPW.
You acknowledge that your participation in the event gives UKPW the full rights to use, edit, and distribute this content without the need for further consent or compensation.
Prohibited Activities
Filming, photographing, or recording any part of the event by participants is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of this rule will result in the attendee being removed from the event immediately, without the possibility of a refund.
No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend the event.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, but any request for a refund must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. After this time, no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Event Access
It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they have all necessary equipment and a stable internet connection to access the event. This includes, but is not limited to, a functioning phone, tablet, or computer with a microphone, camera, and speakers.
UKPW is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced by the attendee during the event.
Event Ejection
UKPW reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behaviour without issuing a refund.
Changes and Cancellations
If the event is cancelled by UKPW for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original ticket holder.
In the case of significant changes to the event details, attendees will be notified in advance and given the option to request a refund if desired.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood these rules before booking your ticket. Failure to adhere to any of the above policies may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of your ticket without a refund.
