Zen Buddhist Meditation

Seattle Dharma Refuge is led by Rev. Master Basil Singer, who has been a Zen Buddhist monk for over thirty years. The meditation group meets every Sunday morning from 11 AM to 12 noon in the Sound Generation Building meeting room.

Meetings include 25 minutes of meditation, a short scripture recitation, a short Dharma talk, and Q&A.

All are welcome. There is no fee. Donations are gratefully accepted. Please arrive prior to the start time of 11 AM, and please cancel your booking if you cannot make it to a meeting. For more information, please contact Rev. Basil - details on the seattledharmarefuge.org website.
