Welcome to Holistic Arts Holiday Grief Support!
Come join us for a day of celebration and support as we learn to honor our emotions and those we have lost while navigating the holiday season together. Our event will be held in person at 1660 S Albion St. Connect with others who are also experiencing grief during this time and explore holistic arts practices to help you cope. With meditation, expressive art, yoga, we have a variety of activities planned to help you find peace and comfort.Bring a pictures and or symbols of your loved ones and find solace in community.
