About this Event

Professional Identity & Workplace Presence is a peer-focused training designed to help individuals with lived experience feel confident, prepared, and professional as they enter the behavioral health and recovery workforce. The training supports peers in understanding how to show up authentically while meeting workplace expectations. Participants build skills in communication, boundaries, professionalism, and self-presentation, helping them translate their lived experience into strengths that support success, growth, and sustainability in the field.
