Join us for a sculpting Yoga + Pilates (Yogalates) experience designed to strengthen your core, tone your body, and ground your mind.
This class blends Pilates-based core and full-body strengthening with the fluidity and mindfulness of yoga. We’ll begin with intentional core activation and controlled movement, then transition into a mindful flow, deep stretch, and grounding breath—leaving you feeling aligned from the inside out.
After class, stay and connect during our Social Hour—a welcoming space to unwind, meet like-minded people, and build genuine connection in community. Light refreshments will be available.
