Veronica guides a welcoming flow rooted in joy, presence, and intuitive movement. Classes include breathwork, gentle yoga postures, and mindful transitions that support grounding, balance, and inner connection.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned mover, you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
