About this Event
Join us every Sunday for our 1-hour yoga sessions led by yoga instructor and dancer, April Falcon, at Kenwood Gardens! These weekly sessions will focus on breath-work and deepening your connection with your body. April hopes to create space to move through life with more mindfulness and to establish a balance between power and grace.
All experience levels and ages welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
About April Falcon
April has devoted her life to movement since she started dancing at the age of 4. After receiving her BFA in dance from the Alonzo King LINES Ballet program in San Francisco, she completed her 200hr yoga certification in Fiji through YogaWorks. She also has a crystal practitioner certification from the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy. Currently, April teaches group yoga classes and works with 1:1 private clients all over Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Through consistent practice with April, you will learn to use your breath to deepen your connection with your body and as a result, begin to move through life with more mindfulness, and establish balance between power and grace.
