Join us in La Scuola to celebrate all of our Mother figures and wish them a Happy Mother's Day in this hands-on pastry workshop taught by Eataly Chicago's Pastry Chef focused on how to prepare Tiramisù della Nonna, a classic Italian dessert which literally means "pick me up." During this workshop, guests will learn how to make the traditional Tiramisù from start to finish using Eataly's own recipe enjoyed by everyone who tastes it!
Our chef will demonstrate how to prepare the mascarpone cream, then lead the class in a hands-on workshop on how to build their own Tiramisù della Nonna. In addition to making their own dessert, guests will enjoy a tasting of a finished Tiramisù paired with a glass of wine selected by our beverage expert.
Guests will bring home their own Tiramisù made in class to enjoy with family and friends, along with an adapted recipe to recreate the experience in their own kitchen.
Additional Information:
- Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Doors at La Scuola open 10 minutes before the start of class, which starts promptly at the scheduled time.
- Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change.
- All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
- Guests receive a glass of wine or N/A beverage, a taste of tiramisu and go home with the tiramisu they make in class.
- Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.
