Join me on your yoga mat as I guide you through a 60-minute practice of yoga pranayama (breathwork) and asana (postures) set to a curated playlist of calming and upbeat music.
Bring a yoga mat and any other yoga props you'd like for your practice. Bathrooms & water bottle refills are available at the brewery. We'll practice outdoors on pavement in the newly renovated, beautiful, shaded space behind Lovely's! Stick around the beer garden after class to connect over shandies & snacks available for purchase!
