Join us for a nourishing Nature Connection Day Retreat on 16th May — a chance to step away from the rush, slow things down, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world, right here in the city.
Even in urban life, nature is always around us — in the parks, the trees, the changing seasons, and the rhythm of our own breath. This day is an invitation to pause, tune in, and remember that sense of connection, wherever you are.
We’ll begin with an awakening yoga and breath practice to gently energise the body and clear the mind, setting the tone for a day of presence and reset. We’ll then share a nourishing plant-based lunch, giving you time to slow down, connect, and enjoy simple, wholesome food together.
In the afternoon, we’ll take a mindful walking meditation to the park — grounding ourselves through movement and reconnecting with nature in a practical, accessible way. Along the way, you’ll be introduced to everyday herbs and plants, learning how nature can support wellbeing, even within busy city living.
Returning to the studio, we’ll move into somatic movement — releasing tension, shaking off stress, and bringing the body back to balance — before settling into a deeply calming grounding yin practice to close the day feeling relaxed, centred, and restored.
This retreat is about finding your way back to yourself — not by escaping the city, but by reconnecting within it.
Expect a warm, welcoming space, supportive guidance, and a day that helps you feel lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body and your environment.
