This is not a workshop, but an immersion - an afternoon created for surrender, release and restoration.Yoga Nidra is a practice of conscious relaxation, where you lie comfortably in Śavāsana and are guided into a peaceful state of rest, renewal and inner stillness. The body relaxes as if asleep, while the mind remains calm, aware, and open - taking you into a deeply restorative state.
