A gorgeous afternoon of self care; meditation, yoga, a nutritious light lunch and life drawing.
For ultimate relaxation, join us for a Saturday afternoon of meditation and yoga by Ellie from Hatha Yoga, a light vegan lunch and drawing from a real life model with myself Lisa from Life Drawing with HOP
Whats included?
- 1hr Meditation and Yoga, awaken your body, centre your mind and fall into your flow state.
- Yoga Matts, are provided, however feel free to bring your own if you like.
- Light Lunch and Refreshments
- 90mins of Life Drawing, you will be guided through some creative drawing techniques on the first few poses. After this warm up, you'll be ready to explore your own artistic flare.
- Art Materials, are provided, however feel free to bring the materials you like to work with.
- Professional Nude Model, there will be lots of poses for us to draw from, ranging from 1min-15mins.

No refunds are available if the event goes ahead as scheduled. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. For date transfers, please provide at least 72 hours' notice.

Who is HOP?
Our life drawing founder and host, Lisa Payne, is a colourful art print and greeting card designer who creates for joy. Her feel-good brand, House of Payne (HOP), is stocked in Oliver Bonas, The Whitworth Gallery, and more.
Before launching HOP and hosting life drawing sessions, Lisa spent over a decade as an in-house print designer, creating patterns for bedding, wallpaper, and more. Now, she shares her passion for creativity, colour, and self-expression, hoping others find joy, mindfulness, and calm through art.
