About this Event
Ground, stretch, settle. We start class with gentle, slow movement to engage and warm up your muscles. Midway through, we transition to active stretching postures held for several minutes to deepen your flexibility and mobility.
You'll leave feeling physically grounded and mentally and emotionally soothed. It's a great way to meet other local yogis, too.

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, water, and any props you'd like to use (blocks, strap, bolster/pillow).
Please note: There are no bathrooms.
How to get there: Put "Brookhaven Nature Park" in your GPS. Typing the street address on Google Maps has taken people to the wrong place before.
Where to park: You'll drive through a quiet neighborhood until you reach a small looped parking lot where the Brookhaven sign is.
Where to go: Look for the accessibility parking spot, and go to the left. We'll practice on the wooden deck that's straight ahead.
