About this Event
75 minute class - we'll move through about 50 minutes of movement (somatic yoga) and then transition into mindful breathing and meditation for the final 25 minutes. In the yogic tradition asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breathwork) are used to prepare the body for meditation.
bring water and a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing you can move in. you may also want a notebook or journal, but it is not necessary.
we meet in ault park along observatory circle, near the ault park gardens. exact location can vary based on whether and park conditions, check instagram for exact location details the day of or day before class.
