We will do some yoga asanas, stretching together and a meditation for connection.
Bringing a partner/friend/family member is required!!! This class is for pairs only.

Darina is a holistic health and wellness coach with over a decade of yoga experience, including four years as a dedicated yoga instructor. She integrates yoga's transformative power into her mind-body-soul approach, helping clients achieve greater health, self-love, and joy.
