Yoga Fundraiser for Young People in Recovery

YogaSix DTC is thrilled to offer a donation-based Slow Flow class to support Young People in Recovery. YPR envisions a world where all young people have the resources they need to thrive in recovery from addiction to drugs and alcohol. YPR’s mission is to provide the life skills and peer supports to help young people recover from substance use disorder and reach their full potential.

100% of all proceeds from the class will be donated to YPR. Minimum suggested donation of $15/ person. The Slow Flow class will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement, and breath; this class is friendly for all ages and levels of yogis. :)
