->**24th January 2026 - 12.00 - 15.00**<-**12.00 - 13.45 Develop your practice**
First part of this workshop will be focused on practice of forward folds (hamstrings!) and gentle backbends, to stimulate kidneys and bladder meridians and bring balance in between.
**14.00 - 15.00 Restorative**
Second part of the workshop will be all about relaxation, supported, restorative poses, some breathwork and meditation.
Studio is warm and cosy but you might need something extra to feel snuggle like your favourite blanket, pillow, jumper or socks. Please bring along for your best comfort.
I would like to give you a chance to slow down, to relax, release and let go, especially at this time of the year.

Investment: £30 for the whole workshop (£20 for first part, £10 for restorative part). You can choose which part or both you can participate :)
