It’s a way of connecting deeply with ourselves; beyond our thoughts, roles, labels and limitations, and experiencing a deep sense of peace and power within. And connecting with the Supreme Soul and experiencing a relationship with the Divine.
This seminar is an introduction to the essence of Raja Yoga philosophy and meditation, and invites you to explore how to reconnect with yourself and recharge spiritually.
