Wellbeing is your birthright.
But modern life doesn’t always make it feel that way. Constant noise. Pressure. Doing more, being more… until you find yourself feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, stressed, or burnt out.
If this feels familiar, my 3-week Yoga for Stress & Burnout series is an invitation to pause. Rooted in teachings and learnings from India, these sessions will gently guide you back to yourself through:
• Meditation
• Breathwork
• Mantra
• Gentle, mindful movement.
Each week builds progressively:
Week 1 - Awareness
Week 2 - Release
Week 3 - Intention.
Inspired by the philosophy of Kriya Yoga, this isn’t about perfect poses or performance. It’s about reconnecting, creating space and mental clarity, and remembering what it feels like to simply be.
No yoga experience is needed. No mat required. Just an open mind.
You’ll leave not only feeling lighter and more grounded, but with simple tools you can carry into everyday life - supporting your wellbeing long after the series ends.
