About this Event
Workshop: Small Changes – Big Difference. How to Build Healthy Eating Habits
Have you ever wondered why, despite our best intentions, it can be so difficult to maintain healthy eating habits? Why sometimes we eat not because we are hungry, but because we are tired, stressed, or simply overwhelmed by emotions?
This workshop is an invitation to gently look at your everyday eating habits — without pressure, without strict diets, and without guilt.
During our time together, we will explore how small, realistic changes in daily nutrition can significantly improve your health, increase your energy, and help you naturally lose a few extra kilograms over time.
During the workshop we will talk about:
* how to build simple and sustainable healthy eating habits,
* how small daily choices around food can improve your wellbeing and energy levels,
* why our emotions have such a powerful influence on the way we eat,
* how to recognise moments when we eat because of stress, tension, or boredom,
* how to develop a more mindful and balanced relationship with food.
This workshop is not about perfection or another restrictive diet.
It is about awareness, balance, and learning how to support your body in a kinder and more sustainable way.
If you would like to feel better in your body, regain more energy, and learn simple ways to improve your lifestyle, this workshop is for you.
Join us for an inspiring conversation, reflection, and practical ideas that can help you introduce small changes that make a big difference.
