Yoga class designed specifically for the male body, focused on improving flexibility, developing balanced strength, increasing stamina and relieving stress.
A safe and welcoming space for men of all ages and ability levels to prioritise their physical and mental health with like-minded men. Those that consider themselves to be the most inflexible in the world especially welcome to join us!
Through my partnership with men’s mental health charity, Talk Club, I am also creating a community for men to talk and listen in a safe space. Supporting one another by starting and ending classes each week by introducing ourselves by name and sharing responses to two simple questions – How are you? Out of 10?
There’s no pressure to share scores and you’re welcome to just listen to others.
