About this Event

Come join us in person at St Pauls Learning Centre for a free Level 1 Enterprise & Employment Course. This course is for adults from Black and racially minoritised groups looking to start their journey in the world of business start up or self employment.

Join us to learn valuable skills and knowledge which will help you to establish your own business. Over 7 sessions we will explore the skills and characteristics you need to run your own business, and give you an introduction to marketing. On successful completion of the course you will achieve a Level 1 Certificate, and attendees are also eligible for free business support from our Partners BrisBES.

This course is currently only open to Bristol City Council residents due to funding restrictions.

Dates & Times - please note all dates must be attended:

Registration Day: Tuesday 13th Jan 2026, 10am-12pm

Course Dates:

Week 1: Wed 14th Jan, 10am-2pm

Week 2: Mon 19th Jan, Tues 20th Jan, Wed 21st Jan, 10am-2pm

Week 3: Mon 26th Jan, Tues 27th Jan, Wed 28th Jan, 10am-2pm


As the course runs from 10am-2pm please bring lunch (food is also available on site to purchase from Glens' Kitchen)
