Yoga for Loss
Do you feel alone in your pain and grief? Join us in person for Yoga for Loss, a space for gentle movement, breath work, creative arts, and memorial. All forms of loss are welcome, no matter what you're mourning. This supportive session will include restorative movements supported by provided props and is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Yoga for Loss is guided by two experienced yoga teachers and licensed mental health clinicians: Ariel Young, LICSW (stelliumpllc.com) and Katy Aversenti Schumaker, LMHC (drawbridgecounseling.com). We invite you to move with and through your grief, together.
This event is hosted at Yoga on Beacon in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle. There is free street parking in the surrounding area and the studio is accessible by the Link and 36/60 bus lines.
