Join this free 2-week yoga series designed to support your health and well-being. Each session offers a thoughtful combination of gentle yoga postures, simple breathing techniques, and guided meditation to help release tension, improve mood, and boost overall energy.

Week 1 focuses on the shoulders and neck, while Week 2 targets the hips and spine - common areas where stress and tightness build up. The series can be taken as a progressive journey or attended as individual drop-in sessions.
