This is a donation-based space to care for your mind, body, and heart through a 60 minute Slow Flow. Each week, we explore a theme connected to emotional wellbeing, nervous system balance, and mental health—through movement, breath, and presence. Rooted in Courageous Space’s mission, we practice not just for ourselves, but for our collective liberation, remembering that tending to our own resilience ripples outward into our communities. All bodies and all levels welcome.
