Yoga at Talitha Coffee Bankers Hill

Escape to the sun-lit cafe, surrounded by plants, zen music, nourishing movement and community. All level yoga class offered by barista and 200hr RYT Liv Lafreniere! After class, a free assortment of tea will be provided, offering the space for those to connect, chat and sip. Those who attend will also recieve a discount on their next drink order at Talitha Coffee.

"My goal is to create another layer of community within Talitha and the Bankers Hill neighborhood, bring yogis and coffee lovers together, and enhance Talithas reach of supporting people!

I have been practicing yoga for 7 years, I completed my 200hr training the summer of 2024, and I have been teaching since then! I create a safe environment for students to play, advance their practice, and inspire them to find a deeper connection with themselves. I enjoy creating classes that allow for mindful connection of breath to movement, safe alignment, with fun transitions, and support students, of all levels, in coming back home to their bodies."
