Yoga at Sawyer Point

Enjoy a combination of movement, breathwork, exercises, sound bathing and meditation facilitated by Marie Asbury of Soaring Soul Wellness at the Riverfront Rink in Sawyer Point.

Weekly on Sundays from 1-2pm running May 18 through November 2, 2025. For all bodies and abilities. Free. Bring your water and a mat or borrow from the skate rental counter (limited).

Gain strength, flexibility and balance - of the body, mind and spirit. Each week will have a familiar rhythm with slightly different muscle groups targeted.

Soften or amplify intensity as desired in this beginner friendly full body flow. Connect breath with movement, then cool down with stretches and closing meditation.

Come as you are, leave feeling lighter and more ready to tackle the week ahead.

At the Sawyer Point Riverfront Rink just between the pickle ball courts and Montgomery Inn.

PARKING TIP:

Rink is between the pickleball courts and the Montgomery Inn. Find parking at Friendship Park, near the pickleball courts in the Sawyer Point lot, or street parking on Riverside Dr.
