Community Yoga with a Sea View - Rise and Shine
Join us for a very special morning of movement and community spirit! We’re hosting a one-off Yoga Fundraiser on Babble’s beautiful terrace, led by the lovely Tiffany.
Tiffany’s sessions are welcoming, inclusive, and suitable for everyone—whether you’ve never stepped on a mat or you’re a daily practitioner.
After the class why not head inside (or stay on the Terrace) and treat yourself to a legendary Babble Breakfast.
Every donation helps the Brighton Natural Health Foundation bring community yoga to people facing health inequalities.
🍳 Note: Breakfast is not included in the yoga ticket, but Babble will be serving up their full menu of locally sourced brunch plates and artisan coffee immediately after the class.
Please bring a yoga mat, or let us know if you need one provided.
